Always a little sceptical getting software from reseller sites, but my experience with these guys was pretty good. Really helpful through customer chat & email got me through an install error.

Aktivierungscode wurde sehr schnell per Mail gesendet. die Aktivierung im Norton Konto war kinderleicht. Gerne werde ich bei blitzhandel 24 wieder einkaufen.

Nachdem es anfangs ein kleines Problem ohne die Schuld des Lieferanten gegeben hat, wurde dies trotzdem sehr kulant geregelt! Ich bin sehr zufrieden

"Activation fail - support, what support?"

Ordered license for Windows 8.1 (home). arrived in minutes via email.

Activation failed (twice) - sent email within minutes with screen grab of activation screen fail, & system spec from winver.

Blitz said screen grabs too small (obviously don't know how to use scroll on mouse to zoom in). Resent within minutes.

Email to say referred to tech support still waiting over 24 hours later.

Tried calling, 2 for english, 3 for tech support - put on hold where all messages are in German, and then line is cut after 3 mins.

Situation is unresolved. should be simple to fix.

Edit: still no reponse from Blitzhandel24, after a week.

Edit 2: Case raised with Paypal 5 days ago, still no response.

Edit 3: Refunded by Paypal after 14 days!!

As so often these days, support is dire, their support claim is far from the truth.

Edit 4 - 6 months later Blitzhandel tried to get this review deleted - fortunately I kapt the original receipt, and the screenshpt of the activation fail.

If they spent more time giving proper suport, rather than spending tiome trying to get reviews removed they could get a better response.
