The website was easy to navigate and enter in requirements. Delivery window was very quick, and the delivery driver was probably the best I have had. Normally very little communication, asking where to park etc. Called in advance, turned up, dropped off the flooring, polite and friendly.

Celo packed crate for ease of delivery. All very smooth and professional!

Excellent service and great VFM ! We are always cautious ordering online with a retailer we don't already know (you can never be too careful !) - and did multiple checks before placing an order for over £2000 of Karndean flooring ...

We're delighted with the purchase and service (and product). Ordered on a Sunday, instant automated confirmations (of payment and oforder), personalised confirmation of despatch on Monday and delivered on Thursday (was due on the Wednesday but delivery firm failed to do so - but Richard was really responsive by email/phone in chasing it up and it was delivered 08.00 on the Thursday).

The product is every bit as good (and genuine !) as we had hoped - and for almost half the price we could have paid elsewhere ! Highly recommended ! Thanks Richard !

"Wow - great prices, great service, great products"

Wow - No need to search anywhere else, their prices are significantly better than everyone and delivery is extremely quick and efficient. Not sure what the 'fake product' reviews are about, the product is identical to the 'real' samples sent from Karndean and if you want any more proof Karndean's address and registered business number are on the boxes. Instead of questioning the motive, IFS need congratulating for running an efficient business and passing those savings on to customers. Brilliant. Will be purchasing again.

"Can’t recommend IFS highly enough"

I found myself desperately looking for flooring very last minute as we were let down on an order, our tradesman was told by the manufacturer he couldn’t get the flooring until Jan. I came across IFS and they were by far the cheapest price online. I was initially cautious as they have received some bad reviews. Please ignore them, their service and product have been 5*. I contacted Richard out of hours over the weekend, he answered promptly and said he would check their stock on Monday. I placed the order at 1130 on Monday and, at no extra cost to me, received the order the following day at 0800! Everything was faultless, even the delivery guy was very pleasant. Richard couldn’t have been any more helpful, we’ve just finished laying the floor and it is stunning. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I was a little sceptical because the price for the Karndean flooring I wanted was so much cheaper than elsewhere but they were exactly what I was looking for and matched the previously laid Karndean. I was kept well informed about the delivery date and the flooring arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with the service and happy to recommend.

I give these guys 10/10 for their service and price. Prior to ordering quite a large lot of Karndean I queried the genuine nature of the product due to some of the poor reviews below for IFS. I received an immediate call from Richard who totally set my mind at rest. I put my order in and delivery took place within a couple of days. The flooring has been installed and looks brilliant. Very highly recommended.
