Significant overcharged for a child ticket. Paid £40 in advance, then to discover that the entry fees were free of charge for a child with the exception of one museum which was 8 euros.
Feeling ‘ripped off’ by their 500% profit from a child’s ticket, I raised this with customer service, only to be told the charge was inflated to avoid is queueing to buy tickets at the venues. The distance of the ticket collection points from the venues by far exceeded any wait time to purchase tickets at the venue.
Overall this was a very poor experience and I would not use this company again based on their customer service and excessive pricing.
