Delivery was in good time but the first time I used the item the metal rod broke away from the base so now all the discs are loose in the bag :-(

I purchased a Speedo costume from this company. Speedo costumes come up super small. I am a size 12 and eventually bought a size 16! There is nothing on the website to indicate that this is the case, so I have spent £24 in postage receiving the costume and sending it back to get the right size. The customer service is efficient but the company has made no concession for their lack of clarity about the product. My advice go to a shop, this company has no policy in terms of meeting customers half way. If you get the wrong item you will pay more to send it back.
