"Item never arrived"

Ordered on the 01/11/24 and paid for next day delivery, it is now the 25th and my order hasn’t arrived. Support team answered my email and “launched an investigation” into the matter but I haven’t heard back from them since the 7th.

I instantly regretted ordering from this site as soon as I read the reviews and luckily I paid with Klarna who are also looking into this. But if the item arrives I will definitely be sending it back as I had to buy the item from another site. I personally won’t shop from this site again and advise people to be wary.

Purchased a Shimano 6700 Ultegra cassette which arrived in bits. Contracted SportsGB who told me they had to contact the supplier rather than replace the item or offer a discount for damaged goods. Atrocious customer service and will not be using the company again.
