First time using Tiger Chef. Was well pleased with results. Advise that you know what you're looking for, the sales rep was not very knowlegable. I could not find items locally at near comaprable pricing.

Everything I have ordered is top quality especially the taco & tostado fry baskets and even though I was sent one wrong item in my order the correct item was sent out immediately! Bruno needs to lighten up as every small business needs to take a vacation once in a while?

Placed an order on Oct 11 = on Oct 12 the website showed a notice -
in vacation oct 13 & 14 but on Oct 12 in the afternoon nobody was answering the phone.
on Monday Oct 17 - website looks operational but nobody answer the phone. after sending an e-mail to customer service I get:
"Our office will be closed from Wednesday, October 12th to Friday,
October 21st. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to assisting you when we return."
my order was still showing "processing" I had to order from another company. same day I've received the merchandise... to bad I could not cancel the 2nd order. NEVER AGAIN!
