Absolutely great service all round, they delivered the product in pristine condition and even went out of there way to ensure everything was correct

"Go somewhere else! Rude. "

Items arrived damaged. Sent photos to their customer services who after seeing the photos told me that they arrived in pristine condition even though the items come with no packaging or protection (I.e will gaslight you and tell you your items didn’t arrive damaged).

You have to arrange your own returns even for large items and after the multiple gaslighting and rude emails from customer service I didn’t trust they would refund upon return anyway so took it up with my credit card company instead.

Wrote a previous review (which they responded to telling me I was the rude one 🤣 but it’s nice they get to show there communication style for everyone to see) - thought the general public would like to see the photos attached.

There returns policy is: “The items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. The items will be inspected once returned. We will then be able to process a refund.” But FYI they will deliver the item with absolutely NO packaging and refuse to believe you when you explain the damaged ORIGINAL condition it arrived it! So you’ll spend time organising a courier company and packaging for a 2.5m item then they’ll refuse the refund like I have seen them do to other customers.

There website says: “Should there be any discrepancy with the items delivered you must not sign for those goods and contact us within 2 working days to notify us” so if the item is damaged you have to tell the delivery driver. Unfortunately they give you 3-5 day window of delivery so you actually aren’t sure exactly when it will arrive. They would therefore expect you to take 5 days off work waiting for it to arrive so you can check its damaged when it gets there and not accept the order… Customer service said this to me when I contacted them about the damage - again basically gaslighting me asking why I didn’t say something to the driver when I wasn’t there because I was working and our contractor kindly took in the order. There website completely contradicts their confirmation email which says you have 2-3 days to let them know there is an issue and i emailed them that night as soon as I got in!

If only plastics hub spent less time worrying about their reviews rating on trip advisor and writing fake reviews (they respond quicker on trip advisor than they do on email!) and more time improving their customer service training and visibility of their awful returns policy on there website.

Genuinely could list another 100 problems and concerns I have with this company. I have never in my life ever left a bad review for a company before but I feel so strongly about my rude interaction with this company if I can help even one person to not order from them and go through the stress I’ll be happy!

They need to improve their returns process. Customer has to arrange their own return service and it is not easy to find a courier service who accepts the large items.

"STAY AWAY"

STAY AWAY, if I knew and read the comments I would have stayed away plus they FAKE THEIR REVIEWS to make them look good overall. We agreed on a return with full refund because the product was wrong. However once the items had been returned they stopped replying to my email even tho they state wonderful customer service on their website. Plastic Hub is a middle man company because they started to blame another company for not giving a refund. They take your order and o place the order with another company. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you don’t want the headache.

I did not receive any refund on the date you said or after. I have contacted America express and no refund has been issued and the ARN number you have given does not help?

"Do Not Use This Company"

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Materials purchased with 3-5 day delivery stated, 3 weeks and still no delivery. No access to discuss problem with any member of staff, phone always on answer mode. We strongly recommend you do not use this company.
Your reply is incorrect we have emailed you our other email address and have not received a reply, unacceptable level of service !
Eventually received a telephone call from Plastic Hub customer service. Somewhat confused with their excuse for non-delivery as they have delivered materials to the same address / site a few weeks ago ( Feb 24 ), contractors are on site from 07.30 - 17.30 to receive any deliveries. Customer Service continued to be obstructive and unable to confirm an actual delivery date for the now 3 weeks late and paid for materials. We had to point out that our contract is with The Plastic Hub and not their supplier, it is The Plastic Hub's responsibility to ensure delivery is in accordance with the time scales stated on their web site which clearly state 3-5 days. Their customer services admitted they cannot fulfill or have any control over the timescales stated on the website.
This is a bad company with no regard to commitments made on their website and a reluctance to resolve any issues arising from the mis-representation . Do Not Use.

This order has now been cancelled.
The Plastic Hub customer Services did not provide a definitive delivery date or any alternative help.
No rudeness or aggression was exchanged by either party.

We advise anyone considering purchasing from The Plastic Hub - Do Not Use This Company .
