This is the first time that I have ordered from Plastics Hub and I am really pleased that I found them after looking at alternative companies. Very efficient in terms of delivery - I couldn’t believe how quickly my order arrived - I wasn’t expecting it for at least another 3 days! Also very happy with the quality of products.

Absolutely fantastic service both customer and product!
We order a lot of fascia and soffit boards it was first time we used them…. Prices good so thought why not!
Having put the order through nearly £3k we were pleasantly surprised after two days when the driver called up advising he was outside the house ready to drop items!

We popped all the items ready for the builder when they started realised few items missing which plastics hub quickly advised the delivery depot to me and they sent out with no issues or dramas

Shame we have no more projects but we have passed on the plastics hub name to a neighbour who will be in touch

I’d never dealt with Plastics Hub before, but my experience with the company last week was so good that I’ve already put in another order.
The prices quoted were as good, if not better, as any others I discovered online and, even better, the initial fascia boards I bought were delivered before the quoted date.
Quality-wise, too, I’ve nothing but praise for PH’s products. I just wish I’d heard of ‘em earlier…
A 10 out of 10 score all round, methinks.

"Soffits / Shiplap Cladding"

Have used Plastics Hub twice in the last month for cladding & soffits to refurbish double garage . I found they had very competitive pricing and each time delivery was very prompt ( by local firm in the North West ) , five stars fully merited.

We were half and half about ordering due to the reviews, so placed a small order to see what the company was like. Kept upto date on delivery, arrived very fast and delivery man was lovely. Will now b placing a larger order as we were satisfied with the service we received

"Delivery very delayed, no communication"

Delivery policy states 3-5 working days. After 6 working days, with no delivery, I emailed them to find out where the product was. At this point I was told it won't be arriving until fully two weeks (10 working days) after I placed the order. Meanwhile I have a builder on-site waiting to finish a project. If the delivery is going to be significantly delayed they should let the customer know, not wait for the customer to contact them. It's not good enough.

Ordered on a Thursday afternoon, delivered to 20 miles west of Aberdeen the following Monday morning.
Communication from seller and the Fascia Board prices were first class.
I would highly recommend this Company.
