Good -> Lot of functionalities and does work well as a recruitment CRM. Not so good -> Usability is why I rated it as 3/5. Lots of know how and training/using needed to learn do/donts of using Voyager. Also some "bugs" or incomplete functions.

Always helpful and supportive. After sales support very good and ensure that the software is being used to the best of its capabilities.
