"An Awesome means of Getting it Done!!!"

SmartDraw can be seen as just a way of exorting fees from unsuspecting buyer, but it value can significantly impact business product that involve designs. At the initial stage, to me it looks like i don't need this product for long term, not knowing that i was underutilize the product. SmartDraw products are efficient enough to get you done something you would employ a professional done for you at a bogus price.Meanwhile, following instructions will drive you from the begining until you complete the task involve and the outcome will look professional indeed.
I hereby recommend any product of SmartDraw to whoever in business to patronize the company.

"LOTs of uses. So far, so good.."

I've had this for a couple days when I needed to create a makeshift website using powerpoint with table of contents, timelines and some other graphics. But the possibilities with this program/software are ENDLESS. As a professional in real estate but also someone who works in communications - this is a fantastic to create engaging graphics, present data in a way that is interesting and unique. Easy to use (so far for the most part).

"Started out as a great program in the…"

Started out as a great program in the trial phase. So I bought the stand alone version. Nearly $300. All of a sudden, drawings would close as if they had a mind of their own. The program would save some changes, but not the most recent. Then yesterday, it crashed again, for the "umpteenth" time, but this time the last 2-3 hours of critical work on a house design...GONE! Even knowing this program crashes more often than old Microsoft, I would hit the "Save" button. But instead of saving, it would ask you to "Save As" and give the file a new name. Even the libraries got themselves all jumbled. I'd open up the "Living Room" library and get "Entertainment". Open another library and get images from an unrelated library. So today SmartDraw disabled my program key without warning, said they're going to refund the purchase amount to my credit card, and all the work I've created so far is LOST.
So be careful if you purchase the program. It crashes a lot. Your drawings may or may not be saved. The libraries of images are quirky at best. And if you plan on receiving any kind of explanation, don't. Good luck.

"Help Visualizing My New House"

Just bought a second home and we have to furnish it. Was looking for a way to make a drawing to scale of each room. Within minutes, I was able to get the first room sketched out to scale with this intuitive program. I sent a copy of it to my designer who was blown away that he had exact dimensions of the rooms to work with. I haven't figured out how to color anything yet which would be helpful. If there were a way to turn my plans into a 3D view, that would be an amazing thing!

"Great Program"

so far, the program has performed brilliantly, i am new to it but very impressed so far. speed of execution is my most important decision maker, and so far I can say that this program has drastically improved my speed to finish on any number of power point presentations.
Highly recommend.

SmartDraw is very aptly named - it is smart, intuitive and so user friendly. I have no CAD experience, but I'm fairly computer savvy, and I can navigate the tools in SmartDraw easily. SmartDraw is so FUN to use and makes SO much sense. And for my application (drawing a home design floor plan) I have found that your library of fixtures, appliances, furnishings is very comprehensive!

And I have been super impressed with the customer service - from the moment I reached out to get pricing options, I got a response within 30 mins, and every time I corresponded I got an email from the SAME representative, and it was always quick and informative! That's somewhat rare with businesses today!

"One of the BEST tool for wildlife hospitals"

We use this functionality for our 501 C 3 Non-Profit wildlife hospital. There are so many uses for it, it would be too long to list!

"14 years and on"

I started using SmartDraw in 04 and have always found it as user friendly, powerful tool and new releases always addressing the user community. Then we moved to a multiuser license and all users had the same reaction. Now that I am semiretired and doing consulting my first purchase as SmartDraw to assist me with my project. Wonderful support, user friendly recommend it everyone

"Electricial Drawings"

I have been searching for a drawing program that was not Auto CAD due to the pricing. I have looked at the free programs and you get what you pay for. This program offers the necessary templates for several different trades. Being in the electrical industry it has been a hassle to find the correct templates and Smart Draw offers all of the ones that I need. It also offers the electronic templates as well. These two fields are similar but not the same. Both are available. This program also offers the piping part of the trade that makes it nice to insert conduit runs into my drawings too.
Very well thought out program.

"Absolutely the Best Customer Support, EVER"

I was in urgent need of an Org Chart for a big-deal presentation. Tried the PowerPoint tool-too much data entry. Tried the Visio upload from Excel-too difficult to manage the boxes. Went on line and found SmartDraw. Simple interface-easy to use, but, I ran into a snag so called the support number, frankly not expection much, since I was using the free version. The phone call was answered immediately. The agent understood my problem on the first pass, and helped me create a professional and polished org chart. No quesions about signing up, just outstanding support. I immediately purchased my subscription and have used it every day since. (Two days... :-) Buy this service! you will not be disappointed.
