"Very poor service"

Paid for bed on 23rd Feb. Confirmation received. Is now the 5th of March and no communication from them or Zennith Delivery Network. Impossible to get hold of either company on the 'phone, 40mins was the longest waste of time calling out of many attempts. Several e mails sent to both companies but again, no response. This is very poor service and unless the situation resolves itself and my bed is delivered tomorrow I will never use these companies again. I appreciate others may have had a much better service but if so, the service that is provided is very inconsistant as this time has been downright poor. Not looking forward to trying to get a refund !

"Broken divan bed and no correspondence in getting back to me. "

I received my bed 7 months ago and was happy with the corresponding emails through to sale and delivery.
Unfortunately after 7 months my divan bed has broken and I emailed the company with photos and video and they responded to apologise and say would replace.
It has now been 3 weeks and 5 email's to them as well as 10 phone calls ( where phone rings out with music continuously ) and never answered. The longest wait and giving up was over an hour!!!
There is only 1 number to contact not even a head office or customer service.

To say I am totally frustrated and disappointed in an understatement .Has the company folded?? I can’t find any info. All I know is I have a broken bed. Hours of my time trying to contact.

"Do Not Buy Anything from Sleep Beds uk"

They keep your money and never deliver, then they send a email to say how's your bed?You can never call these people, they never pick up the phone, I'm still waiting for my refund sleep beds uk, 3 months after ordering and over a month since I had to cancel due to your shocking service and excuses, people please don't buy off these people, I have now had to refer the matter to my bank

"I could cry with frustration "

How is this company still trading on website , surely with all the complaints including mine it should be shut down. I have complained to trading standards but really not helpful. Taking money straight away but no response. I feel I’m hitting my head of a brick wall and no idea where to turn now. I can’t afford to loose this money and buy a new bed.

"DO NOT USE - FAKE BUSINESS"

***UPDATE**** I never got my order. They never contacted me. I couldn't get hold of them. My bank are now helping me get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can't believe I fell for a scam. I'm so annoyed with myself.

If you are reading this, I hope you can sleep well at night on your fake beds!

I ordered my divan bed in Jan 2025. It was meant to come in February. They didn't contact me so I contacted them. They then said it should be here on March 6th but i've had no confirmation and can't get hold of them.
I'm wondering if I've been scammed and whether they are legit?

Awful customer service. Let's see if I get what I ordered tomorrow.
I will never use them again.

"STAY WELL CLEAR"

Would give zero stars but not an option. Placed order on the 8/2 and was confirmed, email recieved on 10/2 to say it's been dispatched, waited till 17/2 and contacted to ask when it would arrive. No response! Emailed again on 20/2 and 24/2 with no response. Tried calling again no answer. Emailed 25/2 and low and behold got a response to say there was an issue at the warehouse and that they were doing there best to get it to me. I answered asking when, and surprise surprise no response. Emailed again on 3/3 and no response and again today when they sent the email to review my bed that I should have received by now! I can get any answers to refund me so now having to take this to my bank to get my money back. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! customer service and communication is very poor. Can say what the bed quality is as I still don't have one. Thanks for the sore back Sleep Beds my floor has been amazing!!

"Absolute joke of a company"

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a mattress on 8th february, no sight of the mattress and no correspondence to my emails from neither sleepbeds nor the delivery company. I want to get a refund and buy something else but cant even contact them for a refund! Ridiculous. I am afraid that I have been scammed.

One month later and no Bed.

No delivery timescale. Emails unanswered.
Number on website doesnt ring, one from order email rings for an hour unanswered. Will look at cancelling via bank if they dont respond.

"Ordered a single divan bed"

Ordered a single divan bed, on the 5th Feb, its not the 5th March and i still have not had the bed delivered. I have emailed, and rang, never get a email back and never get a answer on the phone.

Will have to attempt a charge back with my credit card provider.

I orderd on the 9th of January and I was told it would take 10 days,I emaied and I was given a date and I waited none stop.
I think this company might be a scam?
I hope I get my money back.
