"None delivery no replying "

Ordered mattresses from them and promised 10 to 14 day delivery on the 12th February 2025 sent tracking info with no planned delivery, I emailed them 3 times without an reply emailed the delivery company and after many lengthy calls the last one 40 min to get through was told they had a delivery and supply problem and that I wouldn't be getting them anytime soon ,their words after waiting a month with no updates or reply to get that on the phone they told me I would get a refund in 10 to 20 days after having my money for a month

Placed an order on the 9th Feb 2025, have emailed on multiple occasions and only received a response once which lacked any information - they were unable to provide an update on the order and basically said I have to wait for them to contact me. I am still waiting, trying to ring customer service as advised by their email however, they don’t like to answer! I still have not received a bed or mattress and I am having to sleep on the floor on a mattress topper because they have taken so long to deliver.

Attempting to cancel the order and get a refund so I can purchase elsewhere but no one is willing to provide any help regarding the matter! You should be embarrassed at the service you provide.

I WAS INFORMED BY THEM THAT THEY ARE CANCELLING ALL ORDERS AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE FOR 3 MONTHS, JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH A VERY RUDE MANAGER.
WHICH IS CRAZY AS THE WEBSITE WILL LET YOU STILL BUY FROM THEM!

Honestly this is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my life.
Currently writing this out whilst waiting to speak to customer services for like the 15th time. Currently 1 hour and 37 minutes waiting!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I will explain why.
First up I ordered my bed on the 12th January,
Delivery guidelines. 7-10 days
After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I decided to chase my order .
The wait times are a joke to speak with anyone.
I finally got through to be told was an issue with road works.
No emails to explain this at all.
After a month still NO bed finally we arranged a day for delivery.
That then got cancelled out of the blue.
So we rearranged for a different day.

This is the worst part.
They delivered the bed and was supposed to take it up to the room and put the bed together.
When they arrived they just left it downstairs.
It gets better,
My pregnant girlfriend and my 10 year old daughter took it up the stairs.
They said it could not be done.
I rushed home from work when I knew what was going on.
I called up and had to wait an hour to speak with someone.
I was angry, the customer service was rubbish.
I wanted to cancel due to the lack of service and empathy. But was told they would keep half of the money as per T&Cs.
This company has promised refund after refund and never follows through with them.
It's March 5th and I still haven't received all the parts to the bed screws and clips.
They have been made aware of this a few times with no joy.
I have email after email promising refunds.
I originally picked this company dur to there trust score it was 4.8 it's now 3.4 or so.
I am not the only one who has been affected by absolutely rubbish service and lies.

Leaving a pregnant woman to do this on her own was a joke. They clearly took advantage and if I was at home this never would have happened

I will never use this company ever again and I urge everyone to follow.

I spoke to a manager and then the line got cut after 2 hours what a joke

Ordered two beds on 5 January and another on 16th January.
They still have not arrived.
They think that it is acceptable to change agreed delivery dates at short notice.
I have already wasted 3 unpaid days off of work, which i took off to receive the CONFIRMED deliveries

They agreed a new date ( for the 4th time) following a complaint. They have now said that they cannot confirm that date.

In the meantime, we are supposed to sleep on the floor for two months!!!

Sleepbeds advertise a free 2 man delivery between 3 to 10 days. Yet I am still waiting

Trading Standards have been contacted
for false advertising and unacceptable 'trading standards'

Do not shop with Sleepbeds! Pay a little more and avoid the stress and bother

Ordered well over a month ago. Missed the delivery timeframe then 2 delivery dates! They don’t pick up the phone. My current attempt is 30 minutes and counting. This is about as bad a retail experience as is humanly possible. AVOID.

*AVOID AVOID AVOID if you dont want to loose your money* I placed the order on the 15.01.25 and had radio silence since making payment. I have tried multiple times to make contact by phone and email with no reply. I am now at the point I will make a trip to the registered address to see if I can speak to someone to get an answer as the order was for over £1,000,00.
Any positive reviews posted on here I believe are false and fraudulent and added to mask the true reviews of this company.
On companies house sleep beds is a trading name of meridian furnishings in which a Mustaff Hussain is the named business director with the follwoing correspondence address:
Unit 14 The Springfield Estate, Manchester Street, Oldbury, United Kingdom, B69 4HH.
The registered business address is:-
Unit 11 Griffin Industrial Est, Penncricket Lane, Rowley Regis, England, B65 0SP
The accounts on companies house also show they have done zero trading but with the amount of reviews they have definitely sold a lot more than zero products. I believe this company is fraudulent.

Please avoid at all costs - the customer service is non existent I ordered a bed in January with a 3-10 day delivery time and I am still waiting. I have tried to contact by phone but no one answers, I have requested a refund and was asked if I want to proceed as it will take 30 days . I think they are a SCAM I paid with Klarna and they are looking onto the company .

SCAM!!!!! Do not purchase from this place!!! I ordered 3 weeks ago and have had nothing delivered. Tried contacting by email 4 times and no response and the telephone line is false, it just rings for hours!! Avoid at all costs or loose your money.
