Great prices. It did take a week longer to receive the wine than expected. Not certain if it was a warehouse or shipper issue.

Wine order was held for over a weekend. Then it was kept in un-temperature controlled conditions for two days in 90 degree+ weather. Loaded on a truck at 7:00 a.m. and driven in 95 degree weather until 8:00 p. m. delivery. Wine is un-drinkable.

I ordered and promptly received three bottles of the Cuttings cabernet. This has always been one of my favorite cabs and I was looking forward to enjoying. Upon opening the first bottle something in the taste and smell was off. I just figured it was bad luck and I still had two bottles left to enjoy. I hope in the second bottle and it was the same. I don’t know if it’s corking or something else but it was just off. At this point I don’t even want to try the third and I contacted you to get a refund or an equally valued different Cabernet For an equal exchange
