After using LegalForce Trademarkia twice I believe they have the ability to successfully push through Trademark applications. The process isn't as open and transparent as it could be, i.e. the USTPO often throws applications back for minor adjustments, all of which are expensive and add a significant amount of time. I would have liked to know this ahead of time.

They charged me more than the initial price because there were some issues that popped up. I wasn't happy about the surprise extra expensive legal fees because they never warn you up front that the initial cost might end up with more charges, but at least they got me my trademark.
