DO NOT USE THEM. I hired Tademarkia and LegalForce to help me fill my LLC. Its been 2 MONTHS and im back to zero. TWICE they make the same mistake of filling names that where already taken. After 3 tries i gave up and i asked for my money back. After all their mistakes they did NOT HAVE THE DECENCY to give it back.
If you appreciate your time and money stay away from this guys.
Find a Local attorney or accountant and fill with them. I asked my accountant to do it and it took 3 days.

I thought the price was a bait and switch. I paid a smaller amount as posted competitively on the web. But then once I signed up and spent all the time to get to the end, they added an extra $100 per registration that was not disclosed.

The 3 stars is for the lawyer they referred I like but would go through others next time.
