I have not received any reply from my email or had any of my phone calls answered with regards to a recent purchase,

My product was not delivered by their courier and after the first email response to my query, they failed to respond to my other emails. A very bad company. Be warned!

Flooded my flat. Stopped working (not due to the water, I was very careful about that).

The instructions seemed to be for a different machine entirely.

The company refused to refund me.

Do not ship to the whole of the UK. Will accept an order including shipping address, take your money then inform you 2 days later that they could not be bothered shipping it. Also worth noting next day delivery was chosen, but takes 2 days to even get in touch, Thank God it wasn't urgent?

Simply woeful. To find appropriate superlatives for the level of 'service' provided by this circus would get the report flagged.

Avoid as if your life depended on it, it's a half step above a scam.

Ordered washing machine online for parents, rang to cancel order next day as not needed. Excellent customer service from jayden and kerry, refund issued immediately and back in my bank within 3 days. Would definetly order from this company again.
