DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM,I bought something on their website en they promised send it 1 to 15 days but almost 1 month pass,I did not receive any thing and I contact them to ask them to pay back my money,I don't want and they said they it it on 15/02/2019 so more than 1 month...too long!

"Avoid, terrible delivery service"

Ordered a washing machine, delivery scheduling link didn't work so rang them, spoke to a very rude operator, delivery day came and we had paid to take away the old machine but driver refused, contacted Viewclickbuy who just said there was nothing they could or would do. Not impressed at all as a lot of mither and now left with an old machine to try and get rid of.

I ordered a small portable air conditioner. It took months to arrive and when it did - it did not work. I contacted them, they said they would send another - that was 5 months ago - they do not answer my emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I ordered a Sharp microwave on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday.The staff were helpful when I rang to ask for a time.I was told between 10am.and 12md.The friendly delivery man from A.P.C.arrived at 11am!! The Sharp was also cheaper from Viewclickbuy than all other sellers.I am very happy with the service.Thankyou. K.G.

"ASTONISHING INCOMPETENCE"

If I could give this company a zero star rating then I would. My item was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, it wasn’t. Then after FOUR further dates and last minute cancellations, four days taken off work to be in for delivery (I know, stupid me!), I cancelled the whole thing. Rubbish, don’t go near them!
