I placed my order on Thursday 8/11, received confirmation of my order. Great :-). On Monday I received notice that item was on the way. I tracked, tracked and didn’t see any movement… Next thing on Thursday 8/18 FedEx was knocking on my door with the package—I was so Happy 😀

L'article est comme prévu, parfait. L'envoi a été fait très rapidement. Mais surtout, le service à la clientèle est excellent, le meilleur que l'on puisse espérer, et je vous remercie beaucoup. Il y a eu un problème, pas du tout de leur fait, lié à La Poste, et ça n'aurait pas pu être mieux suivi et réglé, avec implication, réactivité et amabilité. Merci donc, un site à garder.

"I have ordered many braille products in…"

I have ordered many braille products in the past. On all of them one could actually see and read the braille. This necklace is SOOO small and the braille is SOOO tiny that it just feels like sandpaper and impossible to decipher that it IS braille. My sister is blind and couldn't even tell it was braille. I realize the name I submitted is long but the size of the necklace is not wide enough for a full braille cell. Plus the chain broke as I took it out of the pouch. Too delicate to actually use. One star is definitely too high a rating! A real disappointment!!!!!!
