This took VERY long to arrive along with very poor communication. It led me to believe it was lost along the way and caused a lot of confusion and frustration

"Never seen such a thin chain, terrible quality."

Ordered a name necklace as a gift for my wife. The quality is beyond poor !! The chain is unbelievable thin and cheap and lasted about 2 weeks before it snapped. No point in getting it repaired as it will just keep breaking.

The quality of the rings is amazing - they are really beautiful. My daughter said it is the best gift she has ever received!
The order was delayed (international order) and when I contacted Onecklace to see if this is a normal timeframe Sarah replied straight away offering a repeat order at no cost to me, then posted it via Urgent International post - amazing customer service thank you Sarah and Onenecklace!

I purchased a lovely anklet for my daughter for xmas with initial and birthstone and she loved it but it was to small for her :( I contacted Onecklace to enquire about larger sizes. They only come in the one size however customer service helped me so much and they did end up sending me out a replacement in the size that I measured I would need. They went above and beyond! Especially being around xmas new year time I did not think I would get help so quickly. The quality of the jewellery is exceptional and so is the company employees :) I will purchase from them again and I would highly recommend them to anybody that is chasing jewellery:) Thank you again Onecklace!!

Onecklace is the best. I have been purchasing jewellery items for the last couple of months for my self, family and friends. There finish is really good craftsmanship. I get asked a lot of questions about my necklaces. Great quality and I will be going back to purchasing again from them. "Broke in 2days after finally receiving it"

Finally received the bracelet January 17th, and woke up this morning on the 19th and found bracelet broken on my bed. Can’t t say I am surprised it was poor quality after previous experience. By the way charms are tiny as well. Would post a picture here as well if I could. Ordered bracelet back in November, still have not received and they keep blaming the Canada Post strike, say not in their control. Claim it is in Canada but can’t track past USA since November 27th. Guess I purchased from a scam site! January10th and still nothing received. This company is full of lies. The postal strike over ages ago and still nothing. They told me multiple times it was in Canada and now are stating just resumed to Canada from USA.
