I have already placed several small orders since last Oct. The most impressing thing is its delivery speed by DHL or FedEx. I had no idea at first hand how the purchase would be but no problem at all. So far all deliveries are made in 10 days to reach us upon placing orders. Also the quality of their jewelries are wonderful especially engraved rings and necklaces. My clients have been really enjoying wearing these hand crafted items from Jerusalem.

"Horrible Customer Service"

I ordered a necklace that has yet to arrive. I paid for the 8-16 day shipping, yet it’s been 27 days since I placed this order and 12 days since the last update on the shipment, which is in Los Angelos still (where it’s been for 16 days). I contacted support, they blamed it on the Canada Post Strike which is reasonably not under their control, however they refuse to give me a refund on the priority shipping that I paid for. If I pay for priority shipping I expect to get it when I pay, yet I get stuck with the same shipping time as the people who get free shipping. The customer support staff are useless and have no intention of helping me out. Most useful companies would at least give a refund on the shipping, let alone the item. At this point in time I’m questioning whether or not I’ll actually receive the item. Do not shop with this website. I plan on never shopping here again.

UPDATE: It’s currently December 26, a month after I wrote my review. The Canada Post strike has been over for over a week now, yet my shipping information hasn’t updated. I’m still extremely worried that I’m never going to receive this item, and the customer service representatives have done nothing. Keep in mind I selected 8-16 day shipping and the strike happened 12 days after my purchase. The company insists that my order is on time, yet it’s exceeded the November 13-28 delivery window. I told them I wanted a refund if I don’t receive my item soon, because at this rate it’s been almost 2 months since I ordered it, yet I have yet to receive any information on it. I would not recommend buying from this seller whatsoever. You’re better off going to a jewelry store in person, rather than never getting an item you paid for.
