The apartment is very comfortable for a couple, with a small balcony and well equipped kitchen (even a small dishwashing machine).
It is located next to Santiago Bernabéu und the metro station Colombia, a direct line from the airport. The residential area Chamartín is full of restaurants and bars (check out Mercado Chamartín) and perfectly communicated with the downtown.
Ignacio was very helpful at all times and even allowed us to leave the suitcases in the apartment before the entry time.
Very recommended.

"Great Flat in Berruguete Zone"

This Airbnb is conveniently located in Berruguete neighborhood, walkable distance to two parks and good pubs and restaurants. Plus easy to get into city center. The place was very clean, updated, well furnished, comfortable furniture. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Thanks for providing such a great Airbnb to stay. It worked out perfectly for my visit and will hopefully be able to stay there again on my next visit.
