Spent a long time browsing the internet looking for these parts and am glad I persevered. The window bolts fitted perfectly into my old windows. They were sent with a strong piece of wood to prevent bending (nice touch). Will be ordering more of these.

I placed an order in their website. While the payment was processing, I realized that the address i put in was wrong so I waited the payment to be processed and immediately reached them out to have address changed. They said they cant change it. It was never shipped yet. This is the only website I have encountered like this. Horrible. Ill call my bank to dispute the charge.
