"Order never arrived and no resolution"

I ordered several items and got confirmation that they had arrived from royal mail, however the photographic ‘evidence’ was just a picture of the outside of my house with no package in sight. This website may be one of those scams where they post you a letter or small package so that there is ‘proof’ of delivery and never send your real items. I emailed asking for information and got a reply that totally avoided the issue. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a number of items from XS . The parcel was very late in arriving probably due to Royal Mail Strikes. One item was ordered but not sent in the box. Contacted XS who instead of offering to send a replacement just refunded me the purchase price. Pretty poor show all round. Will not be using them again.

Hasn’t heard of it so done a quick check of reviews and decided to go ahead and make a purchase with the positive feedback I’d seen. I spent £26 on Xmas pjs hot water bottles colouring items laundry baskets etc and arrived 1 days later constantly giving me shopping updates so I knew where my package was .
