"Avoid, go for a serious seller instead"
Delivery took 6 days in EU - not 1, not 2. The main reason I choosed winparts was the price, after I sent the wrong part back I ended paying the highest possible price in the market. The part that first arrived looked poorly packed, random box, no instructions, it looked like taken from scrapyard. The part even had some damages, but not capital. Then I got another which finally arrived at me 2 months later after the first order. And as I said, at a very high price that I have paid when made the new order, first beeing wrong because of Winparts. Customer support also very slow. All in all, horrific experience.

I ordered Meguiars kit pack large and it arrived in Finland in five business days.The bag is excellent quality. Ordering was smooth and everything went well.

"Unreliable delivery date. Avoid"
I ordered my part on Wednesday morning, delivery on the part to Ireland, was stated as the "day after tomorrow" which would have been Friday of the week in question. I received an email to state my payment had been accepted almost immediately after the order had been placed. I received no further contact from the company until 9pm on the following day (Thursday) to say they had handed the parcel to the courier. Unsurprisingly I did not receive my parcel on Friday. This meant cancelling an appointment with my mechanic as I had no part for him to fit. Considering the delivery charge was €20 for a small part I find it ridiculous that despite charging that extortionate rate, they waited 33 hours before handing the parcel to the courier, while offering a 48 hour delivery service. I won't use this company again. And would advise others to avoid also if the part is needed promptly.

"Too much shipping costs and no reaction from customer support"
I never saw that the page was not from the Netherlands. (There is also a dutch site winparts.nl, which I saw much later) I paid €20,- shipping costs while the company is located in the same country. Normal shipping is €7,-.
No reaction received on my mail addressing this issue.

Fast service, easy to navigate website and find the parts I needed.
Fast service and shipping. Parts arrived as promised and it was the correct parts as well.
A very important point for mer was the ability to have all the info in English and not being forced to a language I don't speak simply due to my location.

I ordered the wrong product. I asked for a refund, but I didn't get an answer for days. I had several questions during the order, which I didn't really get an answer to. Customer service is slow or non-existent.
