I haven’t recieved my purchase despite ordering it weeks ago.

I don't recommend this company. I purchased a $1400 electric fireplace from here and never received it. At first the store seemed helpful, but that ended quickly and now I'm out of pocket with nothing but disappointment and stress to show for it.

!!! BUYER BEWARE !!! Shop elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT.
THE COURIER HAS ADMITTED IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE. THERE IS NO CCTV. AND I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR, UNABLE TO GET TO THE POLICE TO REPORT THIS. BOTTOM LINE IS, YOU HAVE MY $1400 AND I HAVE NOTHING. YOU HAVE SINCE DECIDED TO NOT HELP ME, I HAVE CALLED NON STOP AND CAN NEVER GET TO SPEAK WITH YOU DANIEL. I HAVE JUMPED THROUGH ALL THE HOOPS YOU'VE SET THAT I CAN. ALSO, THE DELIVERY TOOK AN ENTIRE MONTH. I HAD TO CALL STARTRACK NON STOP TO GET THEM TO DELIVER. I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE THAT TOO. THEREFORE I HAVE NO OTHER RECOURSE THAN TO LEAVE AN HONEST REVIEW. YOU CAN TWIST THIS ANY WAY YOU LIKE, BUT IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT YOU'VE GONE AGAINST YOUR OWN POLICY OF GUARANTEED DELIVERY. I WILL BE ASKING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR A CHARGEBACK.

DO YOUR JOB TOO. STOP EXPECTING THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CALL YOUR COURIER. I WILL CALL MY BANK. IF YOURE WILLING TO PROVIDE A NEW UNIT THEN PLEASE DO SO. I'D APPRECIATE RECEIVING WHAT I PAID FOR.

Straight forward transaction. Always a concern when first purchase of an online business but it went as it should.

The item (solar powered wall fountain) was exactly what I've been looking for, and was a great price. Freight was extremely fast and the item looks amazing!

The availability of an actual phone number to make an enquiry that wasn't covered in the FAQ was a good start.
The lady with whom I spoke was professional, pleasant and as helpful as possible.
The order was dispatched very promptly and it arrived ahead of the date indicated - such a nice surprise.
The fountain was somewhat smaller than I had supposed it to be based on the photos - not in a deceptive way, simply that there was nothing nearby with which to compare it.
It seems to run well and now that I've found a smaller stand to sit it on it looks very nice indeed.
I would recommend this Australian owned company and I would buy from them again should I want another item.
