I was nervous about the 3-hour arrival window they gave me, but on the day of the move, they called me in the morning and gave me a more accurate arrival time. The movers were really helpful and listened to my requests. They asked where I wanted things and were careful with the items I wanted to be handled delicately.

Tommy and the squad in FL were total pros. They repacked some of my stuff, made a list of every box, and saved me loads of time. They noticed that some of my stuff was not packed properly, and they offered to repack it for me. They used their own materials and equipment, and they packed everything securely and neatly. They also made a detailed inventory of every box, and they labeled and numbered them. They also gave me a copy of the list, so I could easily track and find my stuff. They were careful and organized, and they saved me a lot of hassle.

Don’t even bother. This is not a full-service moving company. They’re just brokers that subcontract some other companies to do the job. Making it even more expensive.

Not a moving company!! They are a broker! They do nothing but take your money and sell the contract. Once they have their admin fee they do nothing to help! I read all the reviews thinking they were a great moving company, they even warned me about brokers calling. They sold me on a long distance move claiming to give me a discount to book with them that they had a delivery in my area going to a storage facility that needed to be delivered by mid to end of August and they did not want to have an empty truck going back east so they were looking to fill it so the drivers had a return job. I had an assigned move coordinator Jerrid who gave me all this info, told me my stuff would be headed straight to me they drive 250 miles a day. After the first week of great communication he disappeared, after calling corporate, filling out request forms, emails, texts for 2 days I finally reached dispatch and was told he’s unavailable indefinitely, then told oh he’s just on vacation, then told he’s on medical leave. The day of my move a separate company showed up. 10 days after my stuff has been picked up it’s still sitting in my home state at a warehouse in a storage facility waiting to be loaded onto a transport truck. Nobody can give me a delivery date or load date. Just that these things take time and it’s so many days from my first available date which was the day after they picked up. Nationwide keeps saying they told me this which they never did! Even the day of my move when I called dispatch they told me not to worry have my stuff loaded they have me scheduled for 7-10 day delivery. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Not even sure what they charge for. They have done nothing. They weren’t even close to accurate on my inventory and the movers told me they do this all the time. They constantly under sell the job.
