I needed a new Fridge/Freezer.
I firstly went on their website, to compare models and prices.
Having earmarked a couple of models, I went into the shop to make my final decision.
The member of staff was helpful without being "in my face"
Having made my purchase, a delivery time and date that best suited me.
The delivery staff were polite, and ensured that the item was correctly installed, as well as explaining a few do's and don'ts.

Herne Bay Domestics are everything that a retailer should be, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very reasonable price, quick time between ordering and delivery. Useful to have just a 2 hour delivery slot to wait in for. Guys came on time, were very pleasant but professional and very quick installation. First time we have used this firm but very impressed and will definitely use again

From ordering via their clear and easy website, through to the delivery and installation, the whole process was seamless and straight forward, a rarity for some companies nowadays. "Replacement fridge "

Needed a replacement fridge ASAP was able to call in the Herne bay shop order and pay then drive down to the minster warehouse and collect,all done in less than an hour. Great service.
