We've used this Company twice in the last few months, ordering labels for my Father-in-law, who has recently moved into a Care Home.
They've been efficient and reliable on both occasions and we've received the order in a few days.

"These don’t last"
These don’t last! In two weeks I have now had to redo all my boys clothes as the labels don’t last! Paid for express delivery too which took ages! Avoid!!

"The Worst Customer Service"
The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Verging on outrageous. I have never experienced anything like it. It was almost comical it is so bad but not funny as I knew I wasn't going to get what I wanted even though I had paid way above the odds. I should have known when there was no phone number to contact that something was not right.

"Terrible"
Terrible. Haven’t received my order. When contacted they said they would look into it and haven’t heard since. Very disappointing.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. They sent me the wrong spelling 3 times even though i spelt it correct. Ordered express delivery which was not express delivery. Terrible customer service how can you spell the name incorrect 3 times??? Avoid company at all costs not worth it!!!!

The labels were received promptly, but alas the iron on labels do not stick at all. We had to resort to a pen.

"Express delivery not express & terrible customer service"
I paid for express delivery which is meant to be next day despatch. My order wasn’t despatched until 3 days later. When I questioned it they just fobbed me off with template apology emails (which they obviously send a lot of!) they even sent exactly the same email twice, completely ignoring my points! Would not recommend if you want your labels quickly! And terrible customer service. Will not be using again.

"Labels not received 2 weeks after…"
Labels not received 2 weeks after ordering. Emailed, no response. Called, rang and timed out. I’ll be raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Brydie Parkes was brilliant - excellent customer service! I had to amend my order and she did this right away and got it sent out. The really nice thing she did, was send it out at no extra charge as a gesture of goodwill - thank you so much Brydie! You the best!!!!!!

"Quick service and the 'Made in the UK'…"
Quick service and the 'Made in the UK' labels are of good quality. The wide woven labels are of poor quality and I will not be coming back for these.
