I had Florin as the assigned engineer for my case. I was told 25minutes wait then the guy came a few mins early! Very friendly and professional! I never had any car related engineers visiting me on time before! They also took 30% off as soon as I told them it was too expensive. It was on Sunday evening too! Really greatful.

Akos was very efficient & sorted my car out after my putting petrol instead of diesel in my tank. He arrived within 30 min. I was charged £338.0The AA would have taken at least 3 hrs. to get to me & were going to charge £270.00 For that I would have had my car taken to my home & I was told that they would send someone to do the job but not until 3 days later.
