"Kirsty my tutor from Eden "

I was very reluctant about online learning very much a classroom type, and thought no way will I be able ro get the jist of this however the tutor Kirsty was so good as a tutor and person who went out of her way for support I had hearing issues so that was another factor and would miss alot of information as other tutors were speaking to fast and I mentioned this to kirsty and it got sorted! I was writing down my assignments and then typing them up wich was to much time consuming and when I discussed it with Kirsty and the problem was solved I could make notes on assignments and talk about my assignment. I had spoke to manager aswell such lovley people. I passed my level 3!!!!

I had a classroom session with a tutor called siobhan and she made the session really good as she was friendly and helped us understand the different types of play in childcare😊 was a good experience ☺️.

Siobhan Lister, the skills teacher I had was brilliant, she spoke about all different types of play. I liked how helpful she was, giving us time to think before answering a question. The way she spoke (which was calmly) really helped relax me.

Leanne Khan, my mentor, was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She made learning enjoyable and always provided helpful feedback that boosted my confidence. The apprenticeship gave me practical skills and a deeper understanding of child development, which I now apply in my everyday work. I highly recommend this program and Leanne as a mentor for anyone looking to build a career in Early Years education.

Eden solutions matched me with two amazing humans, Kirsty and Nick. They are always available and ready to listen and support me throughout my Level 3 sessions. Nick was my functional skills tutor who encourages me to not be scared of the courseworks.He was always available and when he was not reachable he provided a different contact to reach with queries. Kirsty is a good listener, provides good feedbacks, willing to help with materials and ideas. She was very flexible with our time, ready to adjust target dates and worked with dates and hours that worked for us..
I look forward to taking further courses with Eden, hoping I get Kirsty again.😊

"The best apprenticeship I could have had. "

Eden training was fantastic at keeping me updated during my apprenticeship. I was always offered online classrooms and able to email for more assistance on coursework. My tutor Kirsty Earle kept in contact with me regularly to ensure I was meeting my targets and that I was not struggling to keep up. I was offered revision guides and explained questions when I needed some help. During the times when my tutor was unable to contact me straight away, I was given an email for Sam Law who would help me.
During quarterly reviews I was able to see how much I had completed and what my next targets were. I was always asked about how I was feeling (if I felt safe in the workplace, If I needed any help with stress etc) and Kirsty would ensure I had any support needed.
Working with Eden training was the most supported I have felt during my studies.

I have just finished my NVQ Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship with Eden and they have been fantastic throughout. The format and layout to the units is easy to follow. My skills coach Kirsty Earle has been the biggest support I could ask for always there whenever I have emailed for support and always managed to change calls or target dates if I have had to work extra shifts or not quite managed to get my targets in on time and needed a few extra days to get it sorted. Nick Bellamy was my functional skills tutor and he really helped me through my maths and English told me not to doubt myself when I was telling him I'll never pass. They were both fantastic if you are lucky enough to have Kirsty and Nick to tutor you then you'll be fine and pass your courses (as long as you put the effort in too). Can't thank them both enough.

I have just completed my level 2 early years apprenticeship with Eden and I really enjoyed it. Everyone at Eden were really supportive, especially my skills coach Abbie Lindley, she always made me feel at ease during sessions and answered any questions that I had. I felt supported throughout my whole apprenticeship, and enjoyed every aspect, the online sessions were really helpful.

Completing my Team Supervisor Level 3 course with Eden Training Solutions has been an incredible experience. I am highly satisfied with the level of support and guidance this company provide. Kirsty has been has been exceptional every step of the way. The meetings were professional, Informative, engaging and enjoyable. Kirsty was always available to support me fully and to clarify anything I didn’t understand. Throughout the course, she has remained calm, patient, positive, and extremely supportive.
