I was looking for travel insurance and found your website, I’m not a person that using computers regally so when I found your website it was made easy enough for me to do on my own quick and easy, which I thank you for cause it meant I could do it on my own.

"Claim pending for 4 months"

My claim GB1-24-256296 has been pending since 7 Oct 2024. I have called multiple times and they keep telling me it's being marked as urgent and prioritised. It's been over FOUR months... I feel very frustrated. I also have two other pending claims since December.
I'm still not sure if Coverwise will actually pay my claims, but for sure I can say that Coverwise are EXTREMELY slow in processing claims.
I will change my rating if/when my claims are assessed.
