Terrible business. Got a 1200$ air rifle and it broke within a few days of having it. They’re saying they can’t replace it, wasted 1200$. The megaloden is a very cheap built gun. DO NOT DEAL WITH AIRGUN TACTICAL

Robert Smith. I haven't received my AEA megalodon yet, but that's on UPS. I can't wait. They haven't sent out my ammo, pump or red dot yet. I also already bought more ammo. If all goes well I'll be buying a lot more in the near future I think they may be low on stock right now.

I ordered a Bintac S45 combo with dual tanks/barrels, the 250cc, and the stock rear stock. Here’s what happened:
Poor customer support and problem-solving skills.
It took them about 15 days just to process and ship the product.
Since I had to travel for work, the package arrived at my home on November 5th, but I didn’t open it until November 18th. That’s when I realized the shorter 100cc tank was missing.
From the start, their response was, “Due to the time that has passed, there’s nothing we can do about it.” I acknowledged that but asked directly how many tanks were supposed to come in the box because I received two. Their initial response was, “That sounds about right.” However, when I pointed out that the product pictures clearly show three tanks, I asked again. The customer support representative replied, “Sir, I’m repeating myself here—there’s no way I can know what you received in your box.”
I can provide pictures of the box and the contents for reference.
At this point, they’re not even sure if they offer the missing part for purchase, even though I’m willing to pay for it separately.
P.S. To the customer support team: Please remember to remove the “Chat GPT” note when copying and pasting responses. You forgot to do that in replies to other customers.

"doubts about the price"
it appears you, Airgun Tactical, Respond to every review, which is very impressive and defiantly makes you feel more trustworthy. Recently I decided I really wanted a Hugan GK1 V3, but your price is more that 3 times cheaper than everywhere else. While this is great for affordability, it leaves me worried about the quality, not at fault of you but simply because I can't understand how its so much cheaper and still the same gun. Do you have an explanation to put me a little at ease before I buy?

I ordered October 27th. Yesterday Nov 8 I was informed items would be shipped this weekend due to inventory and size of order. Just wish there was something on the site if they didn't have items in stock. And would keep customers a little more informed what is going on with your order.

I placed an order October 22nd (Tuesday) and in their web write the are shipping in 3-4 working days. It is now November 2nd and still not have my order #4324AGT.
I order aircraft parts from allover USA especially Texas and Washington state and have them in 7 days.
I placed an order from Germany for my air gun and I had it in 14 days.
AurGun Tactical if they don't have the parts in stock should notify the customer soon after the order was placed so the customer have the choice of wait or cancel the order.

Buyer Beware! This company is defiantly on the "shady side". They try to use their bogus policies to intimidate when they screw up. The short story is that I purchased an AEA Megalodon 15". When I received the gun, the barrel was shorter than the air tube. When in the pictures on their website it showed the barrel being longer than the air tube. I contacted AGT and they argued that I got what I ordered and that was final. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. A few days later, I received a prepaid return label. I sent the misrepresented gun back and received a full refund. They have since quit using PayPal.
