They told us we had to book a villa they recommended nearly a year in advance
Without telling us it was about to be sold
They took our final balance after it was sold and the new owners wouldn't take our booking.
We had 18 flights booked over the 3 weeks we were having the villa for, all of which unrefundable
They then offered us another villa that they said they were subsidising as a form of compensation
We were offered the same villa at a cheaper price by another 2 agents. I.e. They were talking rubbish
These guys lie and are totally awful with a post sales
They just want the initial sell
The owner is the worst
Beware .....

Subsequent enquiries are always promptly and professionally dealt with and we have just returned from our second trip arranged by them.
I will always go to Azure first when thinking about a new trip.

This is our third year in a row booking with Azure and we would not consider another company.

The staff are very helpful and quick to recommend villas that they feel would be ideal for your requirements but still giving you a range of options to choose from.

When we first booked we were a little concerned as we had not heard of them before and they were not ABTA bonded but after several conversations and paying by credit card we felt slept a little easier. We have now booked for the third time which speaks volumes!

Azure have a great range of villas for small and larger parties and small and large budgets.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Azure Holidays as we now don't look anywhere else.

"Reliable, efficient service"

From day one, when we needed advice on specific accommodations we were given this, and Iain's local knowledge was useful in advising where the nearest supermarket was for example.

When the usual change in flight times raised a few worries, we were advised that we could leave our luggage at the property until it was ready for us, and that we could stay for as long as needed on our final day because we had a late flight and the next occupants weren't due until two days later, such a relief!! Otherwise they would find us somewhere comfortable for a couple of hours. There's nothing worse than being turfed out at 10am with your luggage and not flying until 6pm.

The welcome at our villa was wonderful. The whole place was immaculate, and Julie welcomed us literally with open arms and a hug along with a gratefully appreciated plate of freshly made sandwiches and a fridge full of essentials. We were so grateful at not having to trudge off to find supplies after a very early start and long flight. We couldn't fault this company and would thoroughly recommend them for their friendliness, sound advice and helpfulness.

"Amazing Family Holiday!"

We recently booked a villa in Guadalmina with Azure Holidays and had the most amazing holiday. The booking process was very easy and the agents were on hand to answer any queries we had and were also very knowledgeable of the area. We had a fabulous stay and the villa was spotlessly clean and extremely spacious with a superb garden, terrace and pool. I would highly recommend Azure Holidays and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

"Portugal Villa Holiday July 2015"

We hired a villa in the Villa Sol complex. All parts of the holiday were very good from the booking and information side from Azure Holidays in the UK, to the villa management company in Portugal.

In fact the Villa management part was excellent. We had two issues with the villa both of which were sorted out within a few hours of them being reported!!!

Only one issue was that Azure took the £400 security deposit but forgot to pay it back. Luckily I noticed this and it was refunded immediately.

I would definitely use them again.

This apartment is very nice just what myself and my sister needed for our stay, very central location just in walking distance from most shopping places, eating places and of ourcoursr Hard Rock Cafe. Also at the reception you can book your excursions Lito parquet is a must! The apartment is exactly like the photos all nice and clean and the bathroom was lovely. would defiantly recommend this apartment as it was very central and accessible, also azure holidays made it so easy and simple to book this apartment

"Great but little slow"

Customer service was great, lovely people with professional attitude and the whole process was very smooth.

Only issue is had to chase a couple of times (still awaiting refund of pool heating) which I shouldn't have to do.
