We booked a villa through Iain at Azure Holidays, which was a very easy process and Iain was very knowledgeable about the facilities and contents that would be available at the villa. The villa was a lovely property in Vale de Lobo set in a quiet residential area a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The property also benefited from having a couple who live nearby and manage the property locally - they met us on arrival and looked after the pool/garden during our stay. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would book with Azure holidays again.

We just loved this villa. Recently refurbished, the kitchen is super modern and efficient - perfect for cooking for 5 children. 2 fridges and 3 freezers were amazing, huge laundry room. Brilliant air conditioning, super comfy living space and great pool both for lengths and playing.
The villa sits higher too, so we weren't overlooked by anyone else, and it faces south-west onto the golf course so the sun was always in the garden. Outside space is super comfy, lovely large long outdoor table for lunches and dinners and comfy sofas outside one of the living rooms. Hot water on demand, great showers, pool heating, outside grill.
The housekeeper is one of the nicest people and also a brilliant housekeeper. and the House Manager was super efficient and friendly too.
Super close to all amenities of Quinta do Lago, shopping, golf, restaurants and beach all within cycling distance.
We dealt with Iain at Azure for our villa rental. He was friendly and efficient from the start. He was always responsive to phone calls and emails, and was able to sort out anything we asked for.
Nothing was too much trouble for him and our villa rental experience went without a hitch.
I cannot recommend Azure (and Iain) highly enough. We are using them next year and wouldn't even think of changing villa companies in the future.
Best villa experience in the past 6 years of renting villas. We are returning to this villa next year!

We stayed at Casa Jordi in Val do Lobo this July, booking through Azure Holidays. Iain was very friendly and helpful to deal with, and the Villa more than lived up to its promise. We had a fantastic 2 weeks there - the pool area is superb for unwinding and only regret is I failed to beat my son in our daily table tennis duel! Gareth and Pat (the local contacts) were really great. All in all highly recommended. David Driver

azure holidays helped us to decide which villa with private pool in mature gardens suited our needs and provided all help and support on site.

initially they were nice, when we arrived we were met by a drunkard a smelly hot villa , it was old lights wer not working bulbs were missing, curtains were falling off , the bbq are was filthy, it was truly awful. we complained, and that was all we saw of the manager, we had no TV or even partial sky as promised, I could go on and on and to top it they kept my holding deposit!

Ian was particularly helpful and his knowledge of Portugal, Quinta and all villas on offer was extensive and very useful. Azure Holidays provided a seamless service with Eva, our Holiday Representative in Portugal. In turn Eva was diligent and professional with an excellent attitude towards making our holiday as relaxed as possible.

I did have to chase up the return of my deposit but then the money was refunded the next day.

We had a lovely holiday and I would recommend and use Azure Holidays again.
