This is the 3rd time we have used CPH. Russell replaced a kitchen tap and also fitted a new boiler pump and valve. He was very polite, hard working and efficient even though the job took twice as long as anticipated. CPH's labour charges were very reasonable considering the extra work involved. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Russell.

Excellent service. I was impressed at every stage of the process when dealing with this firm. We needed some corrective plumbing to sort out a badly installed toilet that was originally installed by a previous owner of our house. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and the problem was soon rectified by the plumber who came and did the job along with being very neat and tidy. We have used CP&H for a couple of years now to service our old, oil combi-boiler and they have always been very good; professional and reliable. Recently we had to upgrade our entire heating system to a new boiler and cylinder and we got CP&H to do the work for us. To say we are impressed is an understatement. They were incredibly professional and thorough as well as really careful with how the work was carried out. Always polite, always tidying up after themselves and thinking about potential future uses for our new heating system should we need to make changes in the future (and installing the required add-ons now as a safe-guard). We would strongly recommend these guys and we will continue to be a customer of theirs for many years to come.

Excellent and prompt service from a lovely guy (apologies I didn’t catch his name) who used to be in the Army. He came ahead of the time and sorted out the issue. Really polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.
