"Sinspeed - Excellent Job!"

Zak Elahi was great at all levels! My BMW had a major issue as it went through the MOT but despite the challenge Zak was able to use his creativity and resolve the matter. He was honest when explaining what the issue was. He actually showed me the faulty parts and explained the problem to me in a way that I actually understood. I've been coming to this garage for the last 3 years and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it specially if you have a BMW. Zak provide an excellent customer service as well as specialist BMW experience. Zak had the ability to reassure me that the few issues my BMW had were resolved for my peace of mind. Above all I recommend Sinspeed not just because of their specialist know-how and experience on BMW's but mainly because of their hard work, innovative drive and, most importantly, their honesty. They are good value for money. 5 stars without a doubt!

Excellent fantastic service thank you Sinspeed my car was not booked in I litresllt came dropped my car off and I collected the car my exhaust was rattling my two front tyres were worn and my brake were squeaking also my abs kept flashing on my car I collected my car with all the issues resolved to top it up they even changed my engine oil and oil

"Avoid sinspeed Greenwich"

Avoid sinspeed they are merchants that cannot find fault for love nor money. And are overpriced in my opinion. Also are very rude. Have now spoken with another company about the merc ignition problem and they have been more help than sinspeed. Very poor service AVOID and save yourself a fist full of cash

"terrible, avoid in any case"

taken my van for dpf problem, first the most rude behaviour i ever seen, made the final bill 5 times more compare to given quote, everyday inform me that found another problem, even try to include in final bill parking cost at workshop, hardly can escape after two weeks.

I bought a rebuild abs pump module for my 1s BMW, as instructed I sent my unit back to them service exchange, I should have £180 refund! But three weeks later I'm still waiting!!! I've phoned once a week for three weeks only to be told it's in the process of being refunded! How long does it take??

Cowboys! Check our their website, none of their dealers actually exist it all goes back to a horrible dark and dingy little workshop in Greenwich. They had my car in, took it all apart said that VW hasn't built my car like they normally do and they couldn't fine the fault!!! I'm only thanking my lucky starts i got their before they did more damage! There was a man called JAY there who as very aggressive.
