"Good Shed, Poor Customer Service"

The quality of the shed is very good and stongly built, but unfortunately this company is let down by the poor communications, twice asking me to pay the balance which had already been paid. The installers were in a rush and not very interested in doing a good job.

We bought a 6x4 pent shed with upgrades, shed delivered in Nov 18, but had leaked from time it started to rain, we noticed it after being told to allow 5 weeks for inside to dry out, we informed company, who sent a man to repair it, he said a joint hadn't been sealed, but still it leaked, so he came & supposedly re-sealed it, but yes still it leaked, we were told it needed waterproofing, so we used the waterpoifing we bought with shed, we were also told if it still leaked we would get a replacement, but guess what no replacement but it still leaked , instead they said they'd lend us a dehumidifier to draw the damp out !!? All, very good until it rained again, so we contacted consumer rights, so to anyone considering buying from this company the shed must be of a satisfactory condition with No Faults, if so they have one oportunity to fix it, if not then you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, we weren't given the option of replacement so are getting a refund, but not until they pick the shed up, given they had full payment 8wks before we recieved the shed we think that's a disgrace, also if they come to take the shed should you buy one, it has to be at a time that suits you. So our advice shop else where.

"leaking summerhouse"

Bought a summerhouse for £1200. It leaked the first time it rained a week later. They came and changed the roof felt and said it had been put on the wrong way! It continued to leak it ruined all the contents and soft furnishings and they would not fix the roof - said the roof felt was only guaranteed for 3 months! (Did not tell me that when purchased!) Very poor products/aftersales service. NOT RECOMMENDED
