What a night!

From the opening song till the big finale the entire night was breathtaking!

The sheer amount of support for the Prost8 charity restored my faith in humanity! From influencers to celebrities everyone came together to raise awareness for a well deserved charity.

My team and I had the best seat in the house thanks to Helen who went out of her way to make this event the spectacular turn out it was.

Unfortunately I can not reply , therefore I will have to leave another review.

I understand if a SMALL number of guests were being rude, I'm not taking the fact that you worked hard at this event away from you , however the way you behaved, the way you treated the standing guests was not acceptable by any standards . I am sure it was incredibly stressful, but then if the stress was too much , your team should have been there to support you. But let me be very clear here, I was stood with a small amount of guests who were nothing but supportive of the cause, excited to be there and extremely proud of you as their ' manager' and for about 15-20 minuets you stood in front of us smiling and happy, only for a sudden switch and to be pushed out.. you looked us all in the eyes as you grabbed us and said you are a part of ''' agency which I cant remember the name of and then shouted in our faces 'I told him you are not allowed in here, get out, he's finished , he's done' not to mention you pushed us that is not acceptable at all no matter who is being loud, happy to be at an event , to physically be pushed and locked out of an event that we were celebrating is absolutely disappointing and extremely rude.

Firstly I am not apart of any agency nor was I invited by an agency, I work in a very big organisation and came to this event to do some competition shop with my friend who works for a big charity organisation to feed back to her charity event teams, also majority of my friends work for big charity orgainsation/events and when I told them about my experience they were shocked and said they would feed back to their management/events team not to work with this charity/agent which is extremely sad considering this was for a great cause. Its a shame because I had heard great things about Buzz talent/Helen and after my experience with Helen on Friday night I am completely shocked, upset, disappointed and still cant get over how my Friday night was spoiled so much and I am a positive person I never say I have had a bad night even if it has been bad , but this was possibly the worst event I have ever been to in my whole life.

Nobody there wanted to ruin your event or take away anything from the charity itself , however you ruined it for all the people you locked in the back room because to you we were peasants and didn't pay £2000 for a table as you screamed in my face a few times. I am so happy the event made so much money, but I still would like a refund on my ticket and I would like that money to go to a charity that would never treat their guests the way we were treated on Friday night.

I will email you as well , however I do not see what having my name is going to for you as you treated me like a I was a peasant on the night which can I point out I am not.

"With only one photo you are already…"

With only one photo you are already “successful” successful to pay them a fee. A guy called me on Friday and he said that there was a fee of 90 + VAT, the week after he said it has changed and the new fee is 120 + VAT. Profesional agencies do not ask you for any fee, would you pay to be on a job board? Probably not, well there is also no reason to pay this people.

Updated, the fee is not very clear since the beginning, during my first call I had no clue about it, I just knew because I read some reviews on internet so I sent an email asking for it that’s when then guy told me £90+VAT.
Most agencies DO NOT CHARGE, I have been working in job agencies for over 5 years and they do not charge the candidates.

I have been interviewed on Thursday
Was a pleasant talk to be honest. I was told that the team is interested in all that I’ve done so far and would like to take me onboard. But they’ve also said that they’re desperate to get people in as there’s just a lot of jobs to get around. I’ve asked what’s the ratio of people getting jobs and for some reason this upset the interviewer. They said they can’t really tell as it varies on each people. One can get one job within few months or two jobs in a week. I am happy with the honesty so far anyways. I said I’d give it a go if they’d have me. So I was told that after the interview a person named Carol would get in touch to me via follow up mails for jobs and links for payment. I’ve received phone message link for paying from random phone number. I have been scammed so many times that way so I prefer the email version so I can assure it comes from workplace email. I’ve reached out to so many people on so many buzz emails to please send me the link for paying via email. So many back and forth from Thursday to Monday. I’ve only just paid, it is 108 pounds for one year contract. I have updated my accounts to show that I am now a buzz talent and I have been replying to buzz instagram as they’re active there. I have received a reply from their instagram saying I have to apply to join them and sent me a link 🙃🙃🙃I’m dead. The communication within their team is not very great so far. I’ll update here when they’re able to give me a job. Watch this space and see if your time and effort is worth it.

August 12 update :
Received message from ig account. Understandable :) haven’t followed me back as mentioned in the first reply to me, did comment in one of my posts. Doesn’t matter much about instagram, important update is haven’t received job or anything that would step towards that direction so far. Updated photos and details about me and seen my photo reflected in their website. Heard from friends that they’re able to get jobs from buzz even if they’re not registered with buzz. So far I do not see the purpose of being registered with buzz if I’m paying and not getting jobs and people not registered are getting jobs. Just looks fancy to put in your profile ‘my talent agency is buzz’ but I haven’t felt like a talent so far. I’ve also removed that from my profile just now.

August 29

Days after my last update, I have started to receive it adverts emails from buzz, ‘looking for extras’, ‘looking for male singers’ etc, same content that they usually put on their ig. There was only one job that fitted me so far but there was a catch. There must be response by 5 or 6 pm. It was sent the same afternoon as well. Emotional rollercoaster of being excited something fits you and then finding out in same breath that you missed it by minutes.
The comments down here are so far ringing true. Most jobs aren’t fit to you, or being offered in another agency that doesn’t charge joining fee. I have still yet to see the purpose of joining and seeing if anything they said to me come true. Even from their reply here, I also have yet still to be followed by that ig account as mentioned by boss Helen in their reply. So far nothing special is happening and no evidence of movement unless I comment it on here. I have a feeling the folks could be nice and very busy people but in the same time I’m also not getting any jobs for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

"Glorified mailing list"

Takes your money upfront and then adds you to a mailing list full of jobs where you will almost never fit the criteria. They don't give proper availability requests tailored to you. When you respond to an enquiry, they will never respond unless it's for an unpaid job which gives "exposure" but it's extra work so there is no exposure. They think shoutouts on their insta story are worth anything when nobody cares. I don't know if they have their favourites who actually get booked regularly or whether this page has a lot of fake reviews, but it is not what you think it's going to be. Once they even advertised joining an MLM which is essentially a pyramid scheme. Don't join. P.s. the reason why their score is so high is that they ask for verification for every negative review so they get taken down if people don't bother sending trust pilot proof.

Helen and her team at Buzz talent are amazing. They are extremely professional and kind.
I was put forward for the TV show Hunted and got through to the final stages.
The icon event was absolutely stunning honestly an amazing event with fabulous people… not to mention all the other events that they do, the attention to detail that Helen and her team put in. Always amazing Events!
I have used a few talent agencies before and none of them compare to Buzz talent, honestly they are the Best.
