Firstly I live in the Uk. I thought there would be problems and issues with that. But there were non. Fast smooth delivery.

I also made a mistake, and they said they will not charge me for it! When do you get a company local or otherwise that does that?

What attracted me initially to Irada arts was their ethos. They are primarily interested in maintaining and preserving the Art, that is Arabic calligraphy. Yes, of course as a by-product if you can produce a business out of it, then why not?

I could have bought art from other places, but I wanted to give Irada Arts my money. Very nice, kind costumer service very good also!

You can see I like them very much as a result of this essay I am writing! Lol . ( sorry)

It was Beautiful! En great pakkage! Living in the Netherlands you need some patience because the delivery takes time. But its certainly worth it.

The decal was difficult to put on. Aytul Kursi —- so many individual letters —- the glue on the clear plastic was stronger than the glue behind letters —— too too difficult

"Unfortunate experience"

I ordered wall decal over a month ago. The shipment came fairly quick, however, I received a wrong shipment. I requested an exchange and I contacted representatives on more then one occasion. I haven’t received an exchange or a refund. No one has followed up or helped. I really wanted to like this company and I was so excited to have beautiful reminders on my wall but the service has been unreliable and I have been dealt with as an under valued customer with no assistance.

I bought the metallic Kun-Fayakun frame from Irada. The final product turned out to be quite elegant. The price could be a little lower but overall, I am satisfied with the product. The product was shipped a little later than the original date so they sent a few stickers and a small poster as a token of appreciation. That was quite thoughtful of them. Their customer service was quite responsive as well.
