I ordered $500 artwork over two months ago. Haven’t received the items. No response to emails, WhatsApp, voicemail or calls for over 6 weeks They have scammed me. Please don’t waste your money.

I ordered the piece of art about 3 weeks ago and my item has not been shipped. I thought there was fast shipping with this company but that’s not the case. I also tried contacting the company via email, and through the WhatsApp contact they share but I haven’t had any response for the last week and a half.

Received a damaged tapestry and no one has bothered addressing the issue. I have called both numbers, emailed numerous times and left so many messages. I have even contacted the company on Facebook and Instagram. Not one person has bothered to address my problem at all. Paid over $800 and received a damaged item and radio silence since then. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very bad service..I bought the product..the day I recieved it..I booked a return because I wanted to buy another product in exchange. No one replies the whatsapp, no one takes the calls..no one replies the mails.
I have requested on the voice mail number to call me back.
But no one bothers. When no one bothers about the after sales services..the company deserves one star or zero star

The company does not answer any phone, emails, or messages, they do not say until after the order, how long it will take for processing, or shipping, my order took a whole month to arrive , during this month I did not know if this was a scam or not. But the order arrived in a very good shape, carefully package and the artwork is good, but I will never order with them again.
