Design is nice but finish could be better. The surface is not as polished as expected and some edges still have black marks from the fabrication process and also not smooth, potentially able to get nicked or cut.

The Artworks are very beautiful, though flimsy since a couple of bridge/link pieces came off... However, much improvement can happen in communication, since it's very difficult to reach out and have any kind of interface to address any issues...
I hope there is betterment in both quality and communication, particularly since the designs are really exquisite...
