"Disappointed"

I am very disappointed. I ordered the Seerah poster over a month ago for our school. I actually raised funds to buy it. Once it was arrived, we noticed that the font was very small. It was very hard to read the information. Since then I tried to contact them and return it. I got absolutely no responses. No one answers the phone. No response to emails. It is really unethical to treat the customers like this. I hope they read this review, and email me. La howla wa la qowata illa billah.

I need to return the product and have tried reaching out via phone and WhatsApp per the websites instructions. However it has been well over 10 days and no one has responded to me. Hopefully this review will get someone to call or text me back and get this resolved.

I love the decal and the canvas art is nice but quite pricey. Shipment took almost 2 months to receive but the item was well packed when delivered.
Nevertheless Irada must improve their customer service so that the customers’
queries were not left unattended.

My item is defective. I have not gotten any response from my attempts to contact you guys by email, instagram, or whatsapp. It's been over a week and I spent over $250. I'll probably have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Update to my April review. I received only one of my steel art work and paid over £1000 and the Allah came bent. I spoke to Irada art and he said this happened in transit. So I sent him the videos of the packages from my nest cameras so he can claim against fedex.

Seven months later I still don’t have my other steel work or any response to emails, WhatsApp’s or even FaceTime calls.

I am £500 out of pocket and I don’t believe how this company is selling Islamic art and scamming customers how will you justify this to Allah on the day of judgement.
