The products are good but the customer service and the shipment service is very slow and unhelpful. One of my order is long overdue for shipment. I asked the seller a few days back and he still hasn't responded.

The person I messaged via WhatsApp to buy my product, I told him to wrap it well, and he sent it to me in a way that was not appropriate for a gift. The product was wrapped in cut cardboard and the packaging was also very bad. When I told him about that via WhatsApp, he read my message and did not reply to my message.

I bought an item. After the confirmation, they sent me an offer via email saying that if I made another purchase, this item would be shipped for free. Until today, nearly a month later, I have yet to receive the item. I emailed them a couple of times but they have yet to reply back. I am truly disappointed as I thought this shop is run by Muslims?

I am extremely shocked at my experience with Irada Arts, especially because I knew one of the two founders of the company when I lived in Jordan.

I spent over $600 on the Seerah canvas over six months ago. I have not received my item. The money has been deducted from my account. I have called, left voicemails, and written WhatsApp messages.

This is a fraudulent company and they should be taken to court and dealt with severely. I am really shocked and I will be letting everyone know to steer clear of them.
