I placed my order last year for 14 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 2. The powerwall wasn’t available immediately so the solar panels wer fitted initially so that I could benefit from them. Navitas we’re able to answer all my queries, designed my system, applied for my DNO, everything was smooth, they fitted the panels professionally and I am more than happy with them. The powerwall was delayed further by no fault of Navitas themselves. So I wasn’t expecting the powerwall until August time. I was happy to wait. I checked in with Navitas a couple of times and after then2nd time, they emailed me to say they were getting some in stock and were able to book in my fitting. I wanted to change the location of the powerwall so one of the directors came out to my address to check this was possible. Glad he did, when he arrived he booked me in there and then to have the powerwall fitted the following morning. The next morning came, the lads turned up, fitting it neatly & professionally and I have been more than happy since. My electric bills have gone from over £100, to around £60-70 after having just Solar fitted and after having the powerwall fitted I appear to only be paying the daily standing charge. Overall Navitas we’re a very easy company to deal with, very knowledgeable, really good set of lads working for them, polite, neat and experienced. I have already made a total of 3 recommendations to friends and family and would certainly recommend Navitas for anything Solar related. Excellent service!
