Our experience with Navitas has been faultless. We have had an additional ten panels fitted to our main roof. Setting up the estimate and contract etc. has been pain free and straightforward despite our rather special needs regarding weight bearing, possible shade etc. The team who fitted the panels worked hard and with skill to put the panels in place. Really impressed with this company, from the initial visit everything was explained from how the solar panels work to the fitting side of it. A really friendly company, no sales pitch, answered all our queries with good honest professional advice.
The fitting team were prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful of our property and good.
After the solar panels were fitted we were given all the necessary documents and certificates and shown a complete rundown on how the system operates.
