Que un broker no te de el % de rentabilidad de tu cartera me parece muy heavy. Tomar ejemplo de IBKR.

Mam kilka kont maklerskich. Na XTB od początku mam straty na innych kontach maklerskich jestem na plusie. Jak zarabia XTB skoro niby nie pobiera prowizji. Ma kontrakty CFD które są zakazane w USA oraz drogie przewalutowanie. Więc jeśli inwestujesz na zagranicznych rynkach płacisz za przewalutowanie dużo więcej niż w innych biurach maklerskich. Co do krypto walut XTB ich nie posiada. Największym problemem jest brak arkusza zleceń. Dodatkowo notowania różnią się od tych na innych kontach maklerskich.

I am new to trading but i have decided to give it a try after seeing them on Youtube.
I like the educational section and the platform, very easy to use.
I started trading stocks but keen to try new products.
I don't understand why there are bad reviews as the customer service and the people I have been in contact in the UK were pretty nice to me and listened to all my questions and doubts.

I’ve been with XTB for quite a while now - since they only had CFDs!! It’s nice to see how much they’re improving and growing! Lots of new products added which is a huge bonus. It seems like the app is only getting better and more intuitive. Reed is still my account manager and hes still super supportive when I have any concerns. I would highly recommend!

App installiert. Konto wurde angelegt. Meine TEL-Nr. gespeichert.
Identifikation - erst seit dritten Versuch möglich.
Achtung: danach soll ich im App Dokumente unterschreiben. Und mit einem per SMS geschickten Code zu bestätigen. Und die Code wurde an der FALSCHEN Tel- Nr. gesendet!!!! Obwohl die Nummer richtig in meinem Konto gespeichert wurde!!!!!!!
Support angerufen / eingeschaltet. Keine Hilfe. „Muss IT Abteilung kontaktiert werden. Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal “
Danach die Meldung: „Unterzeichnen fehlgeschlagen, weil der Code zu oft gesendet wurde.“
Support eingeschrieben. Die Antwort: „Wir wissen es nicht. Senden Sie Log-Protokolle an IT“.
Ich versuche nach Anleitung Log-Protokolle zu spenden - funktioniert es nicht!!!

Being a dedicated trader and loyal to XTB trading platform is due to a Relationship Manager called Najib atallah.
I started trading with XTB since last year, I faced difficulties and hard time to manage my portfolio, however Najib stood always next to me to guide me and give me the right support needed always and on time.
I do advise whoever want to trade is to use XTB platform where there is no overnight fees and zero commission.

"4 weeks of activation process"

I completed all questions/forms/docs/photos at Jan 17th to activate an account, but it still not active. I wrote to help center 2 times, both operators sent me a message that my request is forwarded to account manager. Nobody contacted me...
P.s. I'm still waiting for activation, hope that feedback will help with the process.


Updates: The story is finished, account is activated. Support team reached me at February 7, account was activated at February 12.

"No es de fiar"

No es de fiar, los gestores pueden ver lo que haces con tus operaciones, si ganas o pierdes dinero y en base a eso modifican los parametros de la plataforma xtasion5, por ser inexperto en este tema perdi dinero, por eso ahora me voy a pasar a interactive brokers, ahi unos amigos les ha ido bien y aparte se puede asociar a trading view para tener mayor transparencia, xtb y sus gestores manipulan la plataforma de trading con los spreads y otros detalles para que tu pierdas tu dinero
