Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier Geld zu investieren. Solange man einzahlt, scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Doch sobald man eine Auszahlung beantragt, beginnt das Hinhalten: Vorsicht vor diesem Anbieter!
Die angeblichen „Experten“ sind jedoch offenbar nicht einmal in der Lage, einen Steuerbescheid korrekt zu prüfen. Dies wirkt wie eine betrügerische Taktik, um Zeit zu gewinnen. Ich habe bereits die BaFin informiert und werde eine Betrugsanzeige erstatten. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier Geld zu investieren. Solange man einzahlt, scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Doch sobald man eine Auszahlung beantragt, beginnt das Hinhalten: Es werden immer neue Ausreden vorgeschoben, man beruft sich auf das Geldwäschegesetz und fordert Dokumente zur Herkunft der Gelder an. Es dauerte in meinem Fall ca. 30 Tage.

Started with demo first and worked well/easy to use so stepped up for a real account. Initially it was a bit frustrating as I had to wait 20 mins to get the account open (they asked me for a proof of address to verify me), but since then the whole experience has been first class.

Há cerca de 4 meses tentei sem sucesso transferir fundos para a minha conta. Contactei a equipa de suporte que fez de tudo para se tentar livrar de mim.

Após 4 meses e com muita insistência recebi a mensagem do atendente Daniel que "devia estar agradecido" a ele. Quando disse que o meu problema ainda continua ele enviou a mensagem "/ignorado".

INDIGNO e desrespeitoso! Se isto é como tratam os vossos clientes então merecem menos de 1 estrela.

Documents after documents you are asking me to provide sensitive information of mine and now asking me to obtain an official paper just to usa simple trading app, support responds me in late random hours and your statment of “ your account will be activated in a moment” is such a joke.
If I hear about your name in any trading, stocks topic I will always discourage users from creating an account at your app. The only thing I have given is my data so far, which are really sensitive information yet I am sitting here unable to use the product
