Hice una inversión de prueba en un fondo a ver qué tal. A lo largo del tiempo, me dí cuenta de dos cosas: 1ª: me estaba bombardeando a diario sobre parámetros relativos a productos derivados (el "daily statement") y 2ª La web es un auténtico galimatías para el que no sea un inversor experto. Les escribí para que no me enviaran más mails pero me dijeron que no podían cancelarlos porque sen enviaban automáticamente. (!¡).Tuve un asesor "personal" que hablaba como una ametralladora y que, las dos o tres veces que le consulté sobre algo, me dijo que "eso lo llevaba otro departamento." Después de un tiempo, me llevé mi inversión a otro lado. Nunca me contactaron preguntando el motivo. Hay otras compañías mas amigable para invertir online.

"The worst broker experience ever"

With XTB, I had a very terrible experience. Originally, I wanted to transfer my funds from Trading 212 to XTB. However, after 2 months since my initial request, it still is not ready.
Moreover, their support is by far the worst one I have ever seen in my life.
If you want to transfer your funds, you need to contact their support and send them a filled paper. The issue is that their support usually does not respond at all or it takes them more than 2 weeks.
Furthermore, you are assigned an account manager who is presented as your "go-to" contact. However, even they practically never respond to my emails.

Lastly, I tried contacting the international support with my issue but that request has also been ignored.

To summarize, I strongly recommend staying away from this broker because if you ever have a problem and need to contact them, they will never get back to you. Maybe you can try suing them... I guess that is the only case when they respond to customer's request.
So please do not use this broker. And if you already have your money invested via them, close your account as soon as you can and use a broker that at least somehow values the customers.

He probado varios brokers y sin duda este es el mejor. Utilizo su plataforma Xstation para hacer swing trading y trading intradía y es espectacular: no tiene nada que envidiar a Tradingview.

Operando por debajo de los 100.000$US no tienen más comisión que la del diferencial (spread) que viene especificada en el momento de hacer la operación.

La atención al cliente es muy buena. Contestan casi al momento y siempre en menos de 24 horas en días laborables. Además cada cierto tiempo (creo que una vez al mes) un gestor se pone en contacto contigo por si necesitas algún tipo de ayuda o si tienes alguna consulta.

Por otro lado, la garantía de XTB está avalada por la CNMV, por lo que es un bróker de absoluta confianza.
