"I used to like this but I don't anymore"

I used to like this but ever since April I'vebeen calling and writing in about the same issue of missing 6 of my rebates and they keep telling me the same thing they can't help me and to escalate it and they say they can't help either. Going to be warn everybody about this company.

Update: been another 2 weeks and still no help. Keep telling me to wait and that there is nothing they can do.

I open my account a weeks ago and I get 300 dollars cash back already. After that They cancel my membership and tell the lie Said ( there is a limit of one membership allowed per household per our terms of use.) Aslo I asked my neighbor and no body use this shopsmarter for shopping. the reason AS i know becauce I received too much cach back form they guys. Do you still trust them. Believe it or not！！

I did enjoyed using ShopSmarter appl. but, I ordered two cell phone from Samsung through Shopsmarter and they will not give me my percentages. I spoke with a Customer Service Representative and she asked me to send a copy of my receipts and I still haven't heard anything back. This ONLY been a year since I made this order. So I'm not please with the running I'm getting. I will be canceling my plan.
