"Suitcase - great customer service"

Ordered a suitcase but it was too small (my fault!) so I asked to return it and there was no issues. Evri, however, damaged the suitcase completely but this company still offered me a refund and were very polite about it. Would recommend them and their product - I would have 100% kept it, if it weren’t for my wishful light packing abilities!

When my parcel arrived it was the wrong item, I was pretty disappointed but after contacting customer services and speaking to Atharva I was 100% satisfied with the service I received, he was so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience of retuning the item and receiving a replacement so easy.
